Based on Diana Gabaldon’s popular books, the first season of “Outlander” followed Claire Randall, a married English combat nurse from 1945. While on a second honeymoon in Inverness, she is swept back to the 18th-century Highlands where she meets and falls for Jamie.

Season Two sees Claire and Jamie arrive in France, hell-bent on infiltrating the Jacobite rebellion led by Prince Charles Stuart, and stopping the battle of Culloden.  With the help of his cousin Jared, a local wine merchant, Jamie and Claire are thrown into the lavish world of French society, where intrigue and parties are abundant, but political gain proves far less fruitful.  They must race to prevent a doomed Highland uprising, and the extinction of Scottish life as they know it.

Claire will also step back into 1945 to reconcile life with the husband she left behind in her modern day…

Catch Earache’s fabulously talented Tom Brittney as he reprises his role as the determined and principled Lieutenant Jeremy Foster. Also see Tom in brilliant new Sky 1 drama “The Five”.
